Shipment Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
• Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email / SMS once your order has shipped containing your  tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Rates

Within India, SIBT provides free delivery on all items if your total order amount is Rs. 2000.00 or more with advance / online payment. Otherwise the shipping rates will vary with the cost & weight of the product, it will reasonable and changes according to the time. SIBT decides the shipping rates, Rs. 50/- will be charged on each order item placed on SIBT, it is a Flat Rate.

SIBT has all the rights to change shipping rates & policies any time without any notice, the changes in any rate will be the decision of soul of the company.

Delivery Charges for Overseas Orders

For shipments sent overseas, the shipping rates are calculated based on the product and the shipping location. In case, your order is for an item, which cannot be shipped to your country due to copyright and territorial restrictions, we shall cancel your order and process the refund accordingly.
