the shipping rates are calculated based on the product and the shipping
location. In case, your order is for an item, which cannot be shipped to your
country due to copyright and territorial restrictions, we shall
cancel your order and process the refund accordingly.
In the case of overseas transactions, we will process the refund for the amount
received by us in Indian Rupees, the amount may be different from the one
charged to you in your home currency depending upon the currency rates
applicable at the time of order placement and processing the refund and also
the policy of your credit card company for charges and refunds.
Replacement Policy
Returns of
faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to

every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before sending
them out to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and
any items deemed to subject to fair use will not be accepted as faulty. We will
replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available.
Cancellation Policy
For outright cancellations by you: For canceling an ordered item or the entire order, contact us by phone and ask for Cancellations Dept. If you cancel your order, before the item has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount received by us as advance payment. 1. If your product has been shipped but has not yet been
delivered, contact Customer Support and inform them of the same.
